Collaboration with Kyushu Electric Power and a Sony group company to advance the Smart Energy Hub concept.
Kyushu Electric Power and a Sony group company announced that they will establish a collaborative framework for the AI data center clustering concept with Satsumasendai City. A "Smart Energy Hub" concept is being advanced through the use of renewable energy, improved energy efficiency and the introduction of advanced technologies. In coordination with the Kai Shin Digital Infrastructure project, the strategy to develop the whole of Kyushu as a data center hub is gaining momentum.
