Locations are quite important success factor at a time of building DCs. Need DDs through multiple angles to ensure performance and sustainability. Every regulatory frameworks and requiredments must be clarified at this point.

DESIGN & PROCUREMENT
Clients and we decide the target perfoamce and size of facility deployments. We draft a realistic and cost effective plan based on the size of budget and timeline.
03.
DELIVER & DEPLOY FACILITIES
AIDC needs various dfferent types of facilities to be deployed at one site. We see price and cost effectiveness and deliver facilities. Deployments needs a powerful support from local construction partners.
04.
CONSTRUCTION
Before entering into this phase. We conduct a very detaileled training for our local construction partners. The building AIDC shall be the art of collobaration with such a partner.
05.
OPERATION
At this point, our main purpose is quality assuance to our clients. Before the completion of the buildig, we check the performance of our AIDC to see if it matches with all requirements suggested by our clients.

MAINTENANCE &
FACILITY MANAGEMENT
We provide operation and monitoring services using our GPU resource management software and periodical inspection and maintenance for the all key facilities.
